Customers Queue to Purchase Tickets at Our Telekom

Tickets for the Sol2023 Pacific Games opening Ceremony have been officially sold out as of today afternoon (9/11/2023).

The Games Organizing Committee (GOC) ticketing officers said the last batch of tickets for the opening ceremony had been dispatched this afternoon and sold out as they witnessed a late surge of interested members of the public purchasing.

The ticketing team, stationed at the Point Cruz Telekom Phone Shop, said in the past few days they have witnessed enthusiasm and a “rush” to purchase tickets for the opening ceremony and matches for the two weeks’ historic sporting event.

But the good news is that tickets to watch your favorite sport at the game venues and the closing ceremony are still available, and sales will continue even during the competitions.

The first competitions (preliminary matches) will actually be played on November 17th, before the opening ceremony on November 19th.

“The public is therefore advised to purchase tickets for the first two days as they feature football, basketball, volleyball, and tennis.”

General admission tickets for each game venue cost only SBD30, valid for one day. Opening and closing ceremony tickets cost $200 per seat. Infants (two years of age and younger) will be given free admission but must be accompanied by their parents.

Other types of tickets that are on sale are: Sports City for $500; Fantastic Friday and Super Saturday (finals) for $100; and package tickets (two weeks accessing all game venues) for $1000.
