Day 4 (Thursday 23 November) at the Sol2023 Pacific Games will see action in 13 sports. Not sure where to start? Read our guide below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For spectators interested in more high intensity action, karate <\/strong>and rugby 7s<\/strong> both begin on Thursday. Play will commence for Rugby 7s at 2:30pm and continue until 9:30pm at the National Stadium. A day ticket ($30) or a Sport City pass is needed for entry. Karate begins at 4:30pm at SIFF Academy, where tickets are also $30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For early risers, golf<\/strong> enters its second day and play begins at 7am at Honiara Golf Club. Entry is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Archery<\/strong> is in its final stages and the Para events continue in four categories across men\u2019s and women\u2019s with medals up for grabs. The action starts at 9am at DC Park and entry is free.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the vicinity of DC Park and also with free entry is sailing<\/strong>, so combine it with a trip to archery. Events begin from 10am onwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Swimming<\/strong> is heating up with another 24 medals up for grabs. New Caledonia continues to dominate the pool, but Fiji, Samoa, Cook Islands and Federated States of Micronesia have also been making their mark so do not miss the action. The heats will take place from 9:30am to 10:30am and the finals start at 6:30pm at the Aquatic Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weightlifting<\/strong> continues to attract large crowds at Maranatha Hall, where more medals will be up for grabs. The action begins at 10am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a day off, football <\/strong>resumes with four big matches. In the first match of the day, Vanuatu takes on Papua New Guinea (PNG) at 12pm in men\u2019s football followed by American Samoa v Solomon Islands at 3pm. In women\u2019s football, American Samoa will face Cook Islands at 4pm and New Caledonia will play PNG at 7pm. Thursday\u2019s men\u2019s football action will be at Lawson Tama, while SIFF Academy is the venue for women\u2019s. Entry is $30 for both venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tennis <\/strong>moves into the men\u2019s double events on Thursday, with the continuation of singles and mixed doubles. Play begins at 9am at the National Tennis Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Table tennis<\/strong> continues with some rescheduled Para teams medal matches from Wednesday, the start of the mixed doubles, single ambulant male and female and the male and female seated singles. Play begins at 8am at HCC Arena, with free entry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In basketball<\/strong>, the semi-finalists will take the day off while the classification matches take place. In men\u2019s basketball, Solomon Islands will take on Tonga in the first classification match at 12pm then PNG will face Tahiti at 5pm. In women\u2019s basketball, Solomon Islands take on PNG at 2:30pm and Tonga will play Guam at 7:30pm. All the action will take place at Friendship Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In volleyball<\/strong>, the quarter-final matches will take place from 12pm, also at Friendship Hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
