Village Overview
  • Exclusive use period : from 27th October – 8th December,2023 (This is the bump – in period the school is prepared for athletes.
  • Village Operation Date : from 14th November – 4th December 2023( This is the period during which athletes and team officials are staying at the Games villages.
  • Games Time : from 19th November to 2nd December, 2023.
  • Allocation of Teams to each Villages will be updated on a later date.
  • Around 5,000 Athletes and Team officials will be accommodated at the villages for the duration of the games.

Venue used agreement had already been sign between the respective head of School’s and GOC in conjunction with the National Hosting Authority.
